The SMT 950 T - TITAN stands out as it is our thickest and longest lasting mop disc yet. The unique fan shaped backing plate provides cooling during the toughest applications and its 5/8-11 tread allows for a quick change between discs, maximizing productivity. The SMT 950 T – Titan is ideal for weld seam work, edge work/beveling on universal metal, steel, stainless steel and high alloy stainless steel.

• Largest advantage is the longevity of the discs compared to a standard SMT. The unique design of the trimmable discs allows the user to utilize the entirety of the flaps, giving much longer life. The hard to reach middle section of the flaps often go unused, and with the trimmable backing, the user simply has to trim the edge back and easily access the untouched new abrasive. Longer use of each disc in return means that production time is saved by less frequent disc changes.

QUICK CHANGE:

• Easy and quick disc change. The discs include a built in 5/8"-11 threaded arbor for quick and easy mounting.

COOL RUN:

• The ability to run cooler. The unique fan shape of the backing allows the disc to run cooler, giving the disc more life.
